FNF 2024 will have two competitions for different grades, Junior and Senior, following the same format, which is a hybrid model in the British Parliamentary Debate format.
The debate rounds will be between the 19th of October and the 24th of November, with a Virtual event on the 23rd and 24th of November as part of an Offline Leadership Retreat at our Vijaybhoomi campus in Karjat.
FNF 2024 debating rounds will follow the British Parliamentary Style Debate. This style of debating is one of the most popular forms, based on debates in the British Parliament. It was first adopted by UK universities but is now popular in debating competitions worldwide.
Much like in the House of Commons, the debate is split into two opposing sides: the proposition (or government), and the opposition. Each side is further divided into 'opening' and 'closing' teams, each having two speakers. These positions are named after their equivalent roles in the British Parliament.
FNF 2024 brings you not only debating but much more. It will help build the skills necessary to become a 21st-century leader: strong persuasive abilities, critical thinking, innovation, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking.
FNF, as in the past, will help you build these vital skills through a variety of platforms designed to foster personal and professional growth.
